A Touch of Elegance and Lisa are AMAZING!!! Working with Lisa was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She took our ideas and turned them into the most breathtaking floral arrangements we could have ever imagined. I never worried about the flowers because I had full trust in Lisa's talent and expertise. I knew everything would be beautiful, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. Every bouquet, centerpiece, and floral arrangement was stunning. The flowers were fresh, elegant, and perfectly complemented our wedding. We received countless compliments from our guests, and so many people commented on how gorgeous everything looked. Beyond her incredible talent, Lisa is simply wonderful to work with. She is responsive, organized, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making your wedding day everything you've dreamed of. Her passion shines through in every detail. First, I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. I spoke with Lisa initially, after speaking with other florists about our wedding flowers and she was absolutely amazing. After an in person consultation, I was beyond impressed with her professionalism, friendly demeanor and supportive attitude. Our wedding was in late May and I wanted our flowers to reflect the spring season. I immediately felt confident that Lisa knew my vision and she also had great suggestions. Communication with Lisa throughout the process was seamless. I received numerous emails with photos of her suggestions, names of all the flowers being used and was more than satisfied. The contract with pricing was clear and precise. I met with Cara a few weeks prior to the wedding to see a mock centerpiece and needed to make a small change and she was nothing but pleasant and very accommodating. We also needed to add an additional centerpiece and it was an easy change. On the day of the wedding, when the flowers were delivered, I was beyond impressed! They were gorgeous!! A Touch of Elegance was absolutely incredible for our wedding. From the very beginning, Lisa completely understood my vision and brought it to life in the most elegant, intentional way. Every arrangement was stunning and perfectly cohesive, nothing felt overdone and nothing was missed. The entire team was professional, calm, and so talented. The flowers elevated the whole space and photographed beautifully. I received endless compliments from guests, and everything felt seamless from start to finish. My husband and I were so happy with our experience working with A Touch of Elegance for our wedding at The Palace at Somerset Park! We primarily worked with Katie Feminella, who was absolutely fantastic from our initial consultation all the way through to the day of the wedding. Before our consultation, I sent Katie our inspiration photos, including our invitation suite, which we felt best showcased our vision, and my wedding dress, and Katie ran with it! Once we signed our contract, we received a detailed version with the names and photos of the flower selections and hard goods. We loved the flowers and greens Katie chose, which included some unique (to me) picks like scabiosa pods and adonis. During the process, Katie was easy to work with and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all when it came to discussing the budget. She was honest with us that some of the flowers we had seen online would put us higher than the price point we were hoping for. And she was very respectful of our budget, helping us repurpose some centerpieces as ceremony decor instead of just adding more.
